GORDON COOPER:
A REVIEW OF HIS REMARKS ON
PARANORMAL BORDERLINE
If you missed the May 7th showing of Paranormal
Borderline, there were several noteworthy items, including a segment
on Gordon Cooper's numerous encounters with "Bogeys".
Former astronaut (one of the original seven astronauts) Cooper's remarks
primarily covered encounters while a military pilot beginning in 1951. His
remarks were frank, complete, and to the point.
His candor provides compelling authenticity to the premise that the INCREDIBLE
can actually be CREDIBLE. He makes clear that not everything he has observed
and initially thought were UFO's actually were, but that several factors
made it nearly impossible to conclude that numerous other personal encounters
(of his) in the air were NOT UFO sightings. He provides scientific factors
as substantiation of those sightings.
His impeccable career as a pilot and astronaut provide proof of his earnestness.
A person of his background would not risk humiliation if he was not convinced
of the FACTUALITY OF statements he made. His demeanor provides proof of
his verascity.
UPN's efforts to provide a forum for credible witnesses to state their case
for UFO's should be commended. This was an episode to remember.
